This role involves globally leading external Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners to drive joint Intel-based sales activities. Responsibilities include developing partner business plans, implementing programs, coordinating co-selling, and driving indirect billing/consumption. The manager will build trusted relationships, collaborate with internal stakeholders, facilitate enablement sessions, and follow ecosystem trends to advance joint business priorities and expand Intel's market presence. The role requires strong communication, project management, and business acumen, with a focus on customer obsession and impact.
Must Have:
  • Lead external Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners.
  • Drive joint Intel-based sales activities.
  • Develop partner business plans and implement partner programs.

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree.
  • 7+ years of business development experience in a partner account/sales role.

Job Description:

Works globally to lead external Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners to drive joint Intel-based sales activities. Develops the partner business plan, implements partner programs, coordinates co-selling between partners and Intel's sales team, drives indirect billing and/or consumption through partners, while promoting Intel's products and services. Collaborates with partners to create and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives. Designs and manages partner programs to motivate partners and increase sales. Builds trusted relationships with the partners to drive short term sales objectives while establishing scale via long term strategic alignment with partners across the ecosystem. Collaborates with product groups and other key internal stakeholders to develop and drive Intel products expansion. Facilitates enablement/ training sessions and provide resources to ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell Intel based products. Follows partner ecosystem trends and shares innovative perspectives to advance the joint business priorities and open new opportunities in the market/industry. Supports go-to-market campaigns and collaborates on presales and proof of concept execution, and training programs to ensure successful execution of the account plan targets and performance metrics.

  • Knowledge of the economics and value chain of ecosystem, channel and distribution partnerships.
  • Proven track record of navigating within cross-functional and highly matrix teams across regions and cultures, strong inclusive collaboration skills and recognized for this by internal constituents and external customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to engage effectively across working levels to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent organization, project management and execution skills with strong operational discipline.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset with passion to make a HUGE impact by being truly customer obsessed.
  • Solid business and technical knowledge of the software industry and ecosystem.
  • Understanding of Intel AI platforms and technologies.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$349,100.00-492,850.00 USD

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. However, you must live and work from the country specified in the job posting, in which Intel has a legal presence.
