As a Senior Multinational Client Executive at Marsh Netherlands, you will work with our largest clients to provide them with the best advice, collaborating closely with Client Advisors, Placement, and international Marsh offices. You will have ample opportunity to develop and improve your skills. As Team Leader Incoming, you will be responsible for managing the Client Executives and Client Advisors of the Incoming Unit.

Senior Client Executive Multinational Department & Team Leader – Incoming Unit

40 hours per week

As a Senior Multinational Client Executive at Marsh Netherlands, you will work with our largest clients to provide them with the best advice. This involves close collaboration with Client Advisors, Placement, and international Marsh offices. You will naturally have every opportunity to develop and improve your skills. As Team Leader Incoming, you will be responsible for managing the Client Executives and Client Advisors of the Incoming Unit.

In this position, you are responsible for:

  • Providing account management for our larger clients;
  • Advising and answering questions from clients and the international Marsh network;
  • Managing the Client Executives and Client Advisors at Multinational;
  • Taking on management tasks in the absence of the manager;
  • Collaborating with various departments within Marsh Nederland and Mercer Nederland.

You possess:

As a Senior Client Executive, you have HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level. In addition, you are proficient in English and Dutch, both spoken and written. To provide good advice, you possess the following qualities:

  • Commercial acumen
  • Communicative
  • Customer-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills

What makes the ideal candidate:

  • Possesses WFT Schade Zakelijk (Dutch financial services certification for business damage insurance);
  • Several years of experience as an account manager at an (international) insurance broker;
  • Leadership capabilities;
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with colleagues and business clients.
