The Senior Commercial Excellence Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of the BU's commercial strategy, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans that drive performance across categories, channels, and customers. Leads strategic projects to accelerate results, with a focus on continuous improvement, commercial effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Works directly with Net Revenue Management (NRM), Go to Market (GTM), and Catman teams, promoting alignment between Commercial, Marketing, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support local commercial strategy and execution, based on the strategic plan for LATAM.
- Plan and disseminate the business unit's commercial strategy across categories, channels, and pricing, based on consumer insights and commercial analyses.
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to ensure alignment and delivery of sales and profit targets.
- Contribute to category management and consumer-focused marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand execution in physical and digital retail environments.
- Support the implementation of NRM strategies, including pricing, promotions, mix management, packaging/price architecture, and optimization of commercial spending.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to implement strategic projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with the supply chain and sales operations.
- Monitor the impact of commercial investments (Gross to Net) and sales force effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support resource allocation in high-growth areas based on market insights and RTM assessments.
- Collaborate with clients to build Joint Business Plans (JBP) and category growth initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to identify growth and differentiation opportunities.
- Contribute to building omnichannel capabilities.
- Guide price management and monitor key financial KPIs, such as Margin, Gross to Net, and Net Average Selling Price.
- Ensure commercial hygiene through accurate inventory tracking in trade, financial provisions, and compliance with ABAC standards.

- Graduation in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Robust experience in similar areas, with experience in team management.
- Advanced English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's in Finance, Management, or Strategic Planning.
- Knowledge in Corporate Finance (P&L), Net Revenue Management (NRM), GTM, Trade Category (Shopper), Trade Channel, and Catman.
- Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented and committed to delivery.
- Good interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication.
