Requirements

What does the role involve?

• Ideas & Concepts - You develop creative social-first campaigns that stand out, are culturally relevant, and reach young target groups.
• Social Media Excellence - You ensure creative quality from the first idea to publication.
• Storytelling & Trends - You smartly use platform mechanics, recognize trends early, and transform them into content that sparks conversations.
• Hands-on Content Creation - You independently create and edit social media content – visually too, if that's your thing.
• Editorial Planning & Community - You plan content, holistically manage channels in a team, and engage in dialogue with the community.
• Impact & Insights - You further develop channels with creative input and data-based learnings.
• Teamwork & Collaboration - You work closely with Creative Directors, Strategists, and Account Teams to realize strong ideas.
• Client Contact & Presentation - You present your concepts convincingly and inspire clients for bold, social-driven approaches.

What we are looking for:

• A strong, energetic Creative Concepter with high social media affinity.
• Community and (automotive) expertise, interest in music & internet culture, from mainstream to niche and from Reddit Twitter to TikTok.
• Social Media Expertise: From strategy, concept, to campaign (and reporting) From concept, to posting, to evaluation.
• At least 3 years of experience in an agency as a Creative.
• Preferably with experience on large, international clients.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
