Job Summary
As a Senior Data Analyst at Nasdaq, you will analyze existing data flows for NTS applications, collaborating with global cross-functional teams to implement changes addressing client issues and ensuring quality service through incident management and professional communication. This role involves prioritizing and resolving data issues using Linux and server/data management tools, coordinating releases, and driving continual service improvement to enhance client experience. Must Have
- At least 3 years of experience in Financial/Capital market, trading knowledge, and/or a degree in Finance or related fields.
- Well versed in Linux and has experience using JIRA.
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Ownership, analytical, and logical approach to solving issues.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in a client-facing role is an advantage.
- Confidence to attend client meetings and represent the company.

What You Will Do
As Senior Data Analyst you will be conducting analysis of existing data flows used by NTS application. You will then collaborate with other colleagues and a variety of global cross-functional teams to implement changes to said data flows that would address client issues and to ensure the client receives the quality service Nasdaq strives to deliver through incident management, accountability, and professional communication.
- Prioritize and manage all reported stock exchange/trading activity data issues via an internal ticketing system (JIRA)
- Investigate and resolve reported data issues using Linux and other server/data management tools
- Coordinate with global teams to schedule releases and implement various bug fixes
- Work on continual service improvement to reduce the number of reported issues and improve our client experience
What We Expect
- At least 3 years of experience in Financial/Capital market, trading knowledge and/or degree in Finance or related fields
