Responsibilities
- Responsible for the availability and reliability of the different services
- Work closely with developers and other staff to support the general systems operations
- Facilitate automation improving deployments, and build systems reducing manual operations
Qualifications
- More than 5 years hands-on experience managing *nix-based systems
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure services (AWS, GCP, DA...)
- Experience with Docker and deployment automation
- Knowledge in hypervisors and Virtualization Technologies
- Programming experience with Bash and at least one other scripting language (Python, Ruby, Javascript, ...)
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of configuration management systems, such as Chef or Puppet
- Experience with backend development and unit testing
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Up-to-date with the latest industry tools
