We are currently developing SOL Arena, a Web3 snake royale with real stakes PvP.
As our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll drive the strategy and execution of marketing efforts to grow SOL Arena’s player base. You’ll manage campaigns, refine performance ads, and develop content that engages and retains players. With a data-driven approach, you’ll optimize marketing funnels, analyze key metrics, and collaborate across teams to maximize impact.
How you will make an impact
- Develop and execute a structured digital marketing strategy with clear objectives, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify and segment target audiences, creating player personas to tailor campaigns and improve engagement.
- Build and refine marketing funnels, mapping out the user journey from discovery to long-term retention.
- Plan, manage, and oversee the content calendar, ensuring a steady pipeline of social media, community, and promotional content that aligns with marketing goals.
- Write and refine marketing copy for social media, website, in-game promotions, and other marketing materials.
- Work closely with designers and video teams to ensure visual assets support campaign goals and brand identity.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all marketing channels.
- Track and analyze marketing performance, providing data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve efficiency.
- Identify and experiment with trends, activations, and engagement strategies to increase visibility and player interaction.
- Review and assess performance ads, analyzing key metrics to refine targeting, messaging, and creative effectiveness.
- Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring marketing efforts align with business and game objectives.
Your Character Build
- 5+ years of senior-level experience in marketing (gaming or Web3 experience preferred).
- Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, including strategy, positioning, and audience segmentation.
- Proven ability to define and execute marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and retention.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing based on data.
- Experience managing and optimizing performance ads, using data insights to improve targeting and effectiveness.
- Experience leading content strategy, working with designers, and managing digital brand presence.
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership, capable of working independently without waiting for direction.
