Job Description

The Digital & Tech Lead Partner for Brazil is a pivotal leadership role within Haleon's LATAM D&T and Brazilian Market Leadership Teams. This role drives digital-enabled business growth by shaping and executing the data and technology roadmap for Brazil, and leading regional deployment of digital products across customer, consumer, or expert domains. The incumbent acts as a strategic interface, ensuring alignment with Haleon’s Digital Strategy and company ambition to “Win as One,” while also overseeing Commercial Tech adoption, IT delivery, digital transformation, and innovation across LATAM.

The Digital & Tech Lead Partner for Brazil plays a pivotal leadership role within the LATAM BU D&T Leadership Team and the Brazilian Market Leadership Team, driving digital-enabled business growth and market success. This role serves as the strategic interface between Digital & Tech and the business, accountable for shaping and executing the data and technology roadmap for Brazil, while also leading regional deployment of digital products across the BU in one of three core domains—Customer, Consumer, or Expert. The incumbent will act as the single point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Haleon’s Digital Strategy and our company ambition to “Win as One.”

This role holds BU-wide accountability for Commercial Tech product adoption, IT delivery, digital transformation, and innovation. The Lead Partner will secure funding for global and local tech initiatives, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and champion the delivery of stable, scalable operations. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the Consumer Health industry, deep expertise in data and technology, and exceptional leadership and business acumen to influence outcomes across LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Digital & Tech advisor to Consumer Healthcare stakeholders in Brazil and across LATAM, aligning technology investments with strategic business priorities. Collaborate closely with Commercial, QSC, and R&D teams to ensure BU needs are represented in global D&T strategies. Drive data and analytics agenda and lead digital initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Deliver measurable value aligned to the BU’s 3-year strategic plan through a robust tech roadmap. Ensure Commercial Tech demand is prioritized and executed effectively across Brazil and LATAM.
  • Translate Haleon’s digital vision into a localized product roadmap, ensuring global platforms and ERP systems are effectively adopted and customized to meet BU and market needs. Champion the last-mile value articulation of global products, especially in customer, consumer, and expert domains. Identify gaps in global offerings and lead the design and deployment of local solutions such as pharmacy transformation channels, tax systems, and decision-making data products.
  • Lead the BU-wide shift toward modern, agile infrastructure and applications. Drive innovation and digital transformation that accelerates Consumer Healthcare growth in Brazil and LATAM, ensuring alignment with Haleon’s standalone strategy.
  • Manage the D&T portfolio by defining problem statements, engaging cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering business cases mapped to annual roadmaps. Ensure successful execution of projects through standardized global project management practices, including resource planning, budgeting, and documentation.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction across enterprise platforms and initiate corrective actions where needed. Escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with CH D&T teams. Define and manage third-party service agreements and leverage centralized platforms like ServiceNow to improve service efficiency and standardization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of core business processes and their strategic implications. Simplify complex workflows to support decision-making and drive meaningful change across the BU.
  • Ensure all applications comply with Haleon’s security, risk, and regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, SoX, etc). Partner with GRC/CISO, Legal, and Compliance teams to implement governance processes and respond to audits and inspections. Oversee certifications for critical systems and websites.
  • Identify and advocate for critical Digital & Tech skillsets needed to support BU growth. Empower direct and indirect reports through capability development in business understanding, market insights, and emerging digital trends. Foster a culture of continuous learning and transformation and be a role model of Haleon´s behaviors connected to Win as One and Haleon´s leadership standards.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • A Digital & Tech leader with 8–10 years of experience, ideally in CPG/FMCG.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with strong multicultural awareness.
  • Skilled in enterprise systems, data platforms, and agile delivery.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to influence without authority and lead transformation at scale strong awareness of customer service
  • Ability to apply strategic and lateral thinking to deliver large scale network solutions
  • Experience with SAP and Excel;
  • Highly developed analytical skills
