Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead our strategic offering, the Flexera TI Platform, core capabilities. The Senior Director of Product Management will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, development, and market success of the Flexera One Offering. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of product management, technology trends, and a proven track record of driving successful product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Platform Strategy and Vision:

• Develop a clear and compelling strategy for the Flexera TI Platform core, along with overall Technology Intelligence Platform vision, aligning it with the company's overall strategic goals.
• Define and communicate the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that drive customer value and market differentiation.

2. Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive cross-functional alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.

3. Customer-Centric Approach:

• Conduct in-depth market analysis and customer research to identify market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.
• Translate customer feedback and insights into actionable product strategies that enhance the Flexera One Platform's capabilities.

4. Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, working closely with engineering teams.

5. Go-to-Market Strategy:

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling go-to-market strategies that drive product awareness and adoption.
• Define pricing, positioning, and messaging strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition of the Flexera One Platform.

6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of the Flexera One Platform in meeting business goals.
• Iterate on the product based on data-driven insights, user feedback, and market trends to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

7. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with executive leadership to provide updates on product strategy, roadmap, and performance.
• Present product updates and strategy to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry events.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in product management roles, with experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Strong experience in software product management, preferably in Data Platform, SaaS or technology-related industries.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching complex software products.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
