Your Team, Your Impact
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end execution of customer‑driven custom solutions in Marvell’s Cloud Data Center Group. You will own complex, multi‑disciplinary programs from initiation and planning through development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release, partnering closely with hyperscale cloud data center customers and cross‑functional engineering, operations, and business teams. This is a high‑impact role at the center of leading‑edge semiconductor and system technologies, where disciplined execution, crisp communication, and proactive risk management are essential.
What You Can Expect
- Lead custom solution programs for hyperscale cloud data center customers, serving as the single threaded owner from concept through production release.
- Own the complete program lifecycle—charter and scope, POR definition, schedules, interlocks, and closure with lessons learned and sustaining handoff.
- Drive execution across development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release phases with clear entry/exit criteria and phase‑gate governance.
- Monitor and control performance against the Plan of Record (POR)—maintaining alignment to schedule, quality, and cost targets; manage deltas and formal change control.
- Coordinate a matrixed organization to resolve dependencies and accelerate outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications at engineering, management, and executive levels; prepare and present crisp status, risks, and decisions.
- Identify, quantify, and mitigate risks early; maintain risk registers and response plans; drive issue resolution and data‑driven decision making.
- Represent the customer voice—translating requirements into clear technical objectives and aligning stakeholders on trade‑offs that balance customer needs with Marvell strategy.
- Drive supplier and partner execution in collaboration with sourcing and operations; ensure material readiness, test readiness, and manufacturing ramp plans are on track.
- Continuously improve processes, tooling, and dashboards for predictable delivery and transparency

- Technical & Industry Expertise
- Hands-on experience with silicon and system development flows, including architecture, design, verification, product/test engineering, and product lifecycle management.
- Background in cloud/data center hardware programs, including supplier management, sourcing, contract negotiations, and RFQ processes for compute, AI, or memory components at data center scale.
- Experience with hardware or system design, testing, and product engineering—enabling effective translation of customer requirements into actionable engineering milestones.
- Leadership & Communication
- Proven leadership, time management, and organizational excellence, with a track record of meeting aggressive schedules across multi-site teams.
- Outstanding customer-facing presence—builds trust, manages expectations, and drives alignment across diverse internal and external stakeholders.

- Program Management & Problem Solving
- Advanced skills in risk identification, analysis, and problem-solving, with strong judgment and the ability to make decisions that align internal strategy with customer requirements.
- Experience driving execution across development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release phases, with clear entry/exit criteria and phase-gate governance.
- Proficiency with standard program tools (e.g., scheduling, issue tracking, dashboards), and competence in building executive-ready narratives and decision memos.
