Autodesk is seeking a passionate and visionary Senior Director, Global Delivery and Solutions, to lead a dynamic team driving innovation and transformational change. This role focuses on facilitating the adoption and advancement of Autodesk technology, developing scalable consulting solutions, managing global delivery efforts, and overseeing the media and entertainment consulting practice. The leader will ensure consistent quality, customer satisfaction, and prepare the Technical Advisory team for future growth and market opportunities.
Must have:
  • Oversee multiple cross-functional teams including global consulting delivery hubs, solution product management, workflow advisory, and global media and entertainment consulting.
  • Develop and lead a team that works cross-functionally with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify promising solution sets, develop requirements, build solutions, and enable stakeholders to market, sell, and deploy them.
  • Create and execute long-term vision and strategy for scaled consulting tools and solutions based on industry trends, customer demands, product capabilities, and Autodesk focus areas.
  • Act as strategic business partner to regional Technical Advisory and Sales leaders to ensure successful adoption of scaled tools and solutions.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to drive usage and adoption while aligning with product roadmaps.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Success, and Consulting peers to accelerate growth opportunities.
  • Monitor business success metrics and provide regular executive reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to ensure competitive consulting services.
  • Coach teams to connect their work to business outcomes and drive growth opportunities.
  • Establish clear workplans to help teams anticipate risks, deliver on time, and surface new growth opportunities.
  • Attract, hire, and retain elite consultants while fostering career development, global collaboration, and high standards.
  • Champion company culture and values throughout the team, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Conduct performance reviews, develop career advancement plans, and implement succession planning strategies across all levels.

  • Minimum 15+ years leading customer-facing organizations.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree; preference for computer science or related degrees.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in team leadership, budget allocation, and resource optimization.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for creating customer outcomes by aligning services with third-party integrators and service providers.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence at the highest organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry needs of Autodesk customers.

Autodesk is seeking a passionate and visionary leader to join our team as the Senior Director, Global Delivery and Solutions. Reporting directly to the VP of Technical Advisory, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to driving innovation and transformational change, facilitating the adoption and advancement of Autodesk technology. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about customer advocacy and have a proven track record in creating actionable customer impact, fostering innovation, and promoting continuous operational improvement.

This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and deploying scalable consulting solutions that ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction on a global scale. Additionally, this role will lead our global delivery efforts, manage consulting hub locations, and oversee our media and entertainment consulting practice. Responsibilities

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $187,800 and $303,710. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
