Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Eloqua Consultant to join our Business Platforms team. This role involves owning the Eloqua production environment, leading the resolution of integration and platform performance issues, and contributing to change and release activities. You will collaborate with global teams, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure service quality across a multi-instance setup. The team focuses on integrated commercial-off-the-shelf platforms supporting various business functions, efficiency, connectivity, and innovation.
Good To Have:
  • Oracle Eloqua certification
  • Experience working in a managed service or AMS environment
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics, Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Must Have:
  • Act as Technical Lead and Functional Consultant for complex Eloqua issues.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across multiple Eloqua instances.
  • Support integrations with various platforms, systems, and custom applications.
  • Contribute to Change and Release Management processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors like Oracle Eloqua.
  • Monitor vendor releases and integrations for potential impacts.
  • Mentor junior/mid-level Eloqua support staff and contribute to continuous service improvement.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Eloqua, focused on platform implementation.
  • Proven ability to manage system integrations and data flows in a global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Eloqua architecture, APIs (Bulk API), connectors, and middleware.
  • Experience in incident and request handling within a structured support framework.
  • Strong post-deployment troubleshooting skills for campaign, segmentation, and email management.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing operations workflows and governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with strong English.
  • Ability to lead and prioritize in a distributed team environment.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Eloqua Consultant to join our team on a complex global support engagement. In this role, you will have ownership of the Eloqua production environment, lead the resolution of integration and platform performance issues, and contribute to change and release activities. You'll also collaborate with global teams, mentor junior colleagues, and help ensure service quality across a multi-instance setup.

You will be joining our Business Platforms team who develops and manages integrated commercial-off-the-shelf platforms that support various business functions, efficiency, connectivity, and innovation across the organization. In this community you'll find experts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Content Management Systems (CMS), Intranet and InsurTech.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Technical Lead & Functional Consultant for resolving complex Eloqua issues and support requests, ensuring timely resolution and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across multiple Eloqua instances in a global setup.
  • Support integrations with various other platforms, systems and custom applications via APIs, connectors, middleware.
  • Contribute to Change and Release Management processes, ensuring production readiness and execution of Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) in UAT when applicable.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in an Agile framework and engage with external vendors like Oracle Eloqua to investigate system-level issues.
  • Monitor vendor releases and integrations to assess potential impacts and propose technical or process enhancements based on issue patterns and observations.
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level Eloqua support staff, while contributing to continuous service improvement through issue trend analysis and process refinement.
  • Contribute to and maintain the documentation and knowledge base in coordination with platform and development teams.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Eloqua, primarily focused on platform implementation projects, in roles closely aligned with product ownership. (Depending on the solution complexity, experience with platform support is also considered relevant.)
  • Proven ability to manage system integrations and data flows within a multi-instance global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Eloqua architecture and integration capabilities - APIs (Bulk API), connectors and middleware - with proven experience in supporting system integrations, resolving synchronization issues, and analyzing platform performance or availability problems.
  • Hands-on experience in incident and request handling within a structured support framework, including contribution to change and release processes.
  • Strong post-deployment troubleshooting skills on campaign management, segmentation and email management including email tracking or rendering issues and deliverability.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing operations workflows and governance, particularly in a complex global environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with strong written and spoken English
  • Ability to lead and prioritize in a distributed team environment.
  • Keen to grow technical skills and learn new platforms in the Marketing and CRM technology space.

Nice to Have

  • Oracle Eloqua certification
  • Experience working in a managed service or AMS environment.
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics, Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
