Job Description

1. Responsible for the localization of in-game text, ensuring the output content is accurate, natural, vivid, and free of cultural risks.

2. Participate in the design of game character language styles, ensuring content output is highly consistent with character settings and the game's worldview.

3. Ensure the final presentation quality of localization and provide effective translation optimization solutions for identified issues.

4. Continuously monitor feedback from players in various regions, adjust localization direction based on feedback, and avoid potential public opinion risks.

5. Daily maintenance of language assets and assisting with other localization-related tasks within the team.

Job Requirements

1. Language Proficiency: Excellent TEM-8 (Test for English Majors Band 8) / CATTI (China Accreditation for Translators and Interpreters) Level 1 certificate holders preferred, or equivalent language proficiency (English Language and Literature, Translation major background, or 3+ years of study abroad experience in English-speaking countries), Master's degree or above.

2. Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience in game localization; deep understanding of European and American culture and mature game localization project experience preferred.

3. Product Understanding: Passionate about female-oriented games, rich experience with female-oriented games, and long-term attention to the dynamics of domestic and international female-oriented player communities.

4. Tool Skills: Proficient in various basic office software and CAT tools (especially Excel, MemoQ, Xbench), with independent information retrieval ability.

5. Comprehensive Qualities: Excellent communication and summarization skills, strong stress resistance, and time management awareness, capable of timely responding to various business needs.

6. Bonus Points: Led localization for female-oriented games, familiar with the entire process from text translation, cultural adaptation to LQA testing; deeply understands localization needs at various stages of the game development cycle, possesses a global perspective, and can judge the priority, effort allocation, and quality expectations from an overall standpoint.
