Job Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Executive IT Support Specialist to join the EAIT team, providing high-touch IT support to Executive Leadership, including the CEO's office. This onsite role at EA headquarters in Redwood Shores, CA, involves delivering reliable technology solutions, leading support for critical events like board meetings, and resolving executive technology issues directly. The specialist will ensure executives remain connected and productive through expert technical assistance, maintaining confidentiality, and streamlining support processes.

Must Have:
  • Deliver high-touch IT support for executives across devices, software, and collaboration platforms.
  • Lead technology support for board meetings, town halls, earnings calls, and VIP offsites.
  • Resolve executive technology issues directly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of executive communications, meetings, and information.
  • Streamline support by documenting processes, managing work in ServiceNow, and maintaining shared knowledge in Confluence.
  • 6–8+ years of IT support experience, with 3+ years in executive, white-glove, or VIP-level support.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 (Intune/SCCM), macOS (Jamf), iOS/Android, Office365, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with infrastructure fundamentals including networking, AV systems, servers, storage, and virtualization.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and enterprise systems.
  • Ability to tailor messages for executive leaders and team members with varying technical backgrounds.
  • Ensure confidential information is managed with care, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Maintain organization and flexibility while supporting executives in dynamic settings.

You'll report to the Global Executive IT Support Manager and support EA's Executive Leadership, including the CEO's office, keeping executives and their assistants connected and productive through reliable, high-quality solutions.

This is an onsite opportunity at EA headquarters in Redwood Shores, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-touch IT support for executives across devices, software, and collaboration platforms, translating solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead technology support for board meetings, town halls, earnings calls, and VIP offsites, serving as the technical expert from setup through live operations.
  • Resolve executive technology issues directly, coordinating with technical partners only when specialized expertise is required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of executive communications, meetings, and information.
  • Streamline support by documenting processes, managing work in ServiceNow, and maintaining shared knowledge in Confluence while collaborating with global IT peers.

Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years of IT support experience, with 3+ years in executive, white-glove, or VIP-level support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • You have proficiency in Windows 10/11 (Intune/SCCM), macOS (Jamf), iOS/Android, Office365, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$83,100 - $127,500 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
