Job Summary
Zeeco is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its dynamic, fast-paced global company. This role involves analyzing complex financial data, developing insightful reports, improving global processes, and supporting the global Finance Team and Executive Management. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in both accounting and financial analysis, influencing high-level decision-making in a collaborative, international environment.
Must Have
- Develop global processes and evaluate current processes for efficiencies and improvements.
- Develop additional reporting capabilities within current systems.
- Document processes and provide training to Global locations.
- Assist international entities with annual budget preparation and ensure completion within deadlines.
- Function as a liaison between Zeeco Global Headquarters and international entities.
- Analyze and evaluate financial performance of international entities by reviewing financial statements.
- Review and assist international entities with monthly percentage-of-completion (POC) calculations.
- Prepare consolidated schedules for international entities for the annual audit.
- Reconcile intercompany account balances with international entities.
- Deliver superior work in terms of quality, presentation, and accuracy.
- Results driven with a commitment to ownership and strong initiative.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical skill set for researching variances or errors.
- Expert Excel skills are mandatory.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of all applicable US GAAP requirements and understanding of IFRS.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- Four+ years of public accounting, consulting or project management experience required.
Good to Have
- Large project manufacturing accounting with percentage of completion experience.
- Experience with Workday Financial Management & Adaptive Planning.
- Experience with MS Dynamics SL.
- Experience with Crystal Reports.
- Experience with Concur.
- CPA or related certification preferred.

Job Description:
- Develop global processes and evaluate current processes for efficiencies and improvements along with tracking the timing of adoption.
- Develop additional reporting capabilities within current systems.
- Document processes and provide training to Global locations.
- Assist international entities with the preparation of their annual budget and ensure completion within given deadlines.
- Function as a liaison between Zeeco Global Headquarters and Zeeco international entities from an analytical and accounting perspective. This will mostly be via e-mail, telephone, and video conference. Overseas travel required.
- Analyze and evaluate the financial performance of international entities by reviewing their Financial Statements, Actual vs. Budget reports, and other supplemental statements while meeting the month-end close reporting deadlines.
- Review and assist international entities with monthly percentage-of-completion (POC) calculations and seek explanations for unusual current-month results on individual projects.
- Prepare consolidated schedules for international entities for the annual audit.
- Reconcile intercompany account balances with international entities and direct reconciliation process between international entities.

- Working knowledge of all applicable US GAAP requirements and understanding of IFRS
- Large project manufacturing accounting with percentage of completion is a plus.
- Experience with the following software applications is a plus: Workday Financial Management & Adaptive Planning, MS Dynamics SL, Crystal Reports, and Concur.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- Four+ years of public accounting, consulting or project management experience required.
- CPA or related certification preferred.
Candidates must have multiple verifiable business references that relate to this type of position.
