Job Summary
We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst to support the Gojek business within the GoTo Group HoldCo. This role involves a variety of FP&A tasks including budgeting, rolling forecasts, business and financial reviews, and financial modeling. You will be responsible for consolidating financial reports and forecasts across business units, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include partnering with business units to track and analyze performance, translating business drivers into financial impacts, contributing to group budgeting and forecasting, maintaining sophisticated financial models, and collaborating with Investor Relations/Corporate Development. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of FP&A experience, strong financial statement understanding, excellent financial modeling skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must Have

- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or Quantitative fields
- Good financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Job Description
- Consolidate financial reports and forecasts across business units to deliver a comprehensive view of Group performance, providing actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with ODS/Gojek business units under GoTo Group to track and analyze business performance and facilitate group-level understanding - translating business drivers into financial impact/results and vice-versa
- Play a key role in Group budgeting and financial forecast exercises, applying business judgment and financial insights to help with operational target setting
- Maintain sophisticated financial modeling, support the team’s efforts to build models from scratch, improve existing models, and capture complex business reality/dynamics
- Collaborate with Investor Relations/Corporate Development team on earnings and corporate actions as one of the main data suppliers to support the company’s performance in the capital market
- 3-5 years of FP&A experience and/or experience in the financial services sector
- Strong understanding of financial statements, with Degree level qualification in Accounting, Business, or Quantitative fields of study
- Good financial modeling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Comfortable working with large volumes of numbers and formulas; Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs and Slides is a plus;
- A self-motivator for learning, problem-solvin,g and deep-diving into complex concepts
- Ability to communicate efficiently and build work relationships with business units and other stakeholders
- Attention to details with high standards for quality and accuracy in results
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated commitment
