We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building and scaling SaaS products, with the ability to own end-to-end product architecture, drive technical decision-making, and contribute to building modern, secure, and reliable healthcare technology solutions for the U.S. market. Key responsibilities include leading design, development, and deployment of scalable SaaS applications, owning product architecture, working across the full stack, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Must Have

• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable SaaS applications for U.S. healthcare clients.
• Own the product architecture, ensuring performance, reliability, and security across components.
• Work across the full stack — front end, back end, databases, APIs, deployment, and cloud.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare technology best practices (security, privacy, data handling).

• Strong experience building SaaS products in production environments.
• Expertise in front-end (React.js / Angular / Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js / Python / Java / .NET) technologies.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB databases.
