We are looking for a Senior Gameplay Animator to create high-quality keyframe and motion capture animations for characters, creatures, and objects in a dynamic survival game environment. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and AI specialists, ensuring seamless integration of animations with NPC behaviors and procedural systems. Responsibilities include developing combat, traversal, and interaction animations; optimizing for real-time performance; using Unreal Engine and custom tools; and mentoring junior animators. The role requires proficiency in Maya, MotionBuilder, or Blender, strong Unreal Engine experience (UE5 preferred), and a deep understanding of animation principles. The game, SolidRiver, is a AAA survival game with deep city-building mechanics set in a procedurally generated medieval world with AI-driven NPCs.
