We’re hiring a Sr. Global Marketing Consultant for a hybrid opportunity in Santa Monica, California. This is a 12+ month opportunity with a leading technology and visual messaging company.

In this role, you'll join the Global Brand Marketing Team to lead high-impact initiatives across Creative, Product, Communications, Sales, Growth, and Insights. You'll drive global marketing programs that fuel business growth and shape the brand's presence worldwide.

The role is hybrid in Santa Monica, CA or NYC, with remote flexibility.

Sr. Global Marketing Consultant Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a rapidly growing team of Global Business Marketers who will execute the client’s brand marketing strategy and programs.

• Develop and launch creative brand and growth campaigns, narratives, success stories, and events.

• Partner cross-functionally with Insights, Product Marketing, Creative, Marketing Science, and Sales Teams.

• Present insights to senior leadership to guide strategy.

• Measure ROI and effectiveness of marketing efforts, aligning them with global growth goals.

Sr. Global Marketing Consultant Qualifications:

• Proven leadership in complex, fast-moving organizations.

• Experience as both a “player” and a “coach”.

• Strong creative instincts as well as analytical skills to translate data into strategy.

• Comfortable presenting on large stages or in media.

• A passion for social and digital media.

• Bachelor’s Degree, 12+ years in marketing roles, and 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in regional or global marketing leadership positions.

• Background in digital platforms, apps, or media companies in consumer brand marketing.
