Job Description

Monzo is on a mission to make money work for everyone, moving away from traditional banking complexities. Over the last decade, Monzo has expanded its product offering in the UK to include various bank accounts, credit cards, savings, investments, and pensions. The Senior Growth Marketing Executive will be a results-driven individual focused on growing Monzo's UK and US business, primarily through paid search, while also supporting paid social and affiliate marketing activities. This role involves collaborating with Brand, Product, and Data teams to deliver impactful results and solve customer problems.

  • Support end-to-end campaign delivery, including setup, optimisation, and reporting, with a focus on Paid Search, and contribute to Social and Affiliate activity
  • Contribute to shaping and executing growth strategy across key business areas, identifying new opportunities and scaling successful initiatives
  • Support the development of testing strategies for account structure, campaign planning, experiments, and creative roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Brand, Integrated Marketing, and Creative Studio teams to deliver high-performing creative based on data and user insight
  • Ensure all creative assets adhere to best practices and comply with financial regulation requirements
  • Provide competitor-focused insights, including Auction Insights and changes to landing pages, messaging, and propositions
  • Stay updated with platform updates and industry trends, sharing learnings across the Growth Marketing team
  • Experience running successful Paid Search acquisition campaigns for a fast-growing business

We’re not about selling products - we want to solve problems and change lives through ❤️ Hear from our UK team about what it's like working at ✨ --- ⭐ Our Growth Marketing team We are looking for a results-driven individual to help us grow our UK and US business primarily through paid search whilst also supporting our paid social and affiliate marketing activity. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience running paid search campaigns who’s eager to deepen their skills across performance channels like Google, Microsoft, Apple Ads as well as Meta, and TikTok. You’ll join our Growth Marketing team and report into Ashil Shavdia, Growth Marketing Lead (Business Banking). You’ll work closely with our Paid Search Manager, Paid Social Manager, and collaborate with Brand, Product, and Data teams to deliver impactful results. 🔑 You’ll play a key role by... * Supporting end-to-end campaign delivery with ownership of setting up, optimising and reporting with a focus on Paid Search, while also contributing to Social and Affiliate activity * Contributing to shaping and executing our growth strategy across key business areas, helping identify new opportunities and scaling what works * Supporting in developing testing strategies around account structure, campaign planning, experiments, and creative roadmaps * Collaborating with our Brand, Integrated Marketing, and Creative Studio teams to deliver high-performing creative, grounded in data and user insight * Ensuring all creative assets follow best practice and comply with financial regulation requirements * Providing competitor focused insights including Auction Insights and changes to landing pages, messaging and propositions * Staying up to date with platform updates and industry trends, sharing learnings across the wider Growth Marketing team 🤩 We’d love to hear from you if you… * Put the customer first.
