The Senior Level Artist (Urban Life Simulation) will be responsible for creating high-quality scene layouts and atmosphere based on project requirements and world-building. They will participate in optimizing the 3D terrain editing workflow, proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions to improve art quality. They will also be involved in performance optimization, planning map performance, and resource size. Furthermore, the artist should possess level design thinking, offer reasonable suggestions for the map movement needs provided by the level planners, and continuously improve and iterate. They should have the full production capabilities of terrain editing from white model to lighting. The artist should be keenly aware of industry trends, ensuring the art quality surpasses competitors.
