Brahma, a pioneering enterprise AI company, is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop state-of-the-art generative systems for video and audio synthesis, performance transfer, and visual translation. This hands-on role requires experience in training and deploying deep learning models, a strong engineering mindset, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include shaping core infrastructure, setting best practices, communicating with stakeholders, mentoring junior engineers, and delivering high-quality ML pipelines in production environments. The company enables teams to overcome creative bottlenecks, accelerate storytelling, and produce standout content efficiently.
Must Have
- 5+ years in software engineering and machine learning
- Proven track record of deploying ML systems in production
- Strong understanding of ML fundamentals
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience with diffusion, transformer, or generative video models
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience building scalable infrastructure (AWS, GCP, custom)
- Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, best practices
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and work independently
Good to Have
- Prior experience in generative AI for video, audio, or multimodal content
- Experience with performance optimization for ML models
- Background in computer graphics, real-time rendering, or VFX pipelines
- Open-source contributions or published research
- Entrepreneurial mindset or startup experience
