This position is pivotal as we invest in technology solutions to drive more efficient processes and augment our workforce with digital labor. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape the technology roadmap and execution to enhance the productivity, quality, and efficiency of our internal M&A integration programs and the cross-functional teams executing them, with a significant focus on optimizing the adoption and ROI of AI solutions.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $145,200 to $244,200.
