Join the Salesforce Sales organization at our Indianapolis office on October 3rd to learn more about our culture, products, services, and the sales interview process.

Selected attendees will be invited to interview for our new grad sales positions: the Sales Development Representative Apprentice (SDR-A) and the Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles. Please note that these roles are based in our Chicago office.

This event is for students who have graduated within the past 12 months or are on track to graduate by August 2026. The application deadline is September 15 at 5:00 PM ET. We encourage you to apply early as applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis for a limited number of spots.

New Grad Sales Start Dates: January 2026 - August 2026.

About the Roles

If you're ready to launch a fulfilling career in sales, join our Sales Development organization. You'll have a direct impact on our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and connecting with potential clients.

Our SDR Apprentice and SDR roles are the entry points to a successful career at Salesforce, providing hands-on experience in lead generation, prospecting, and sales cycle management. You'll learn to evangelize Salesforce, the world's leading AI CRM, while working alongside industry sales leaders. You'll leverage cutting-edge tools to streamline workflows and articulate the value of our solutions, all within a culture of continuous learning and mentorship.

Role Requirements

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or advanced degree is required. Candidates must have completed their degree within the last 12 months or be on track to graduate prior to their start date.
  • This event is by invitation only. If you are selected, you must be able to travel to our Indianapolis office. Local ground transportation will be provided for all invited attendees.
  • A long-term interest and passion in a client-facing sales career.
  • Previous internship, full-time corporate, or B2B software sales experience is a plus.
