In November 2022, Netflix launched an ad-supported tier, enabling the delivery of standard :15 and :30 ads. We are now scaling capabilities that focus on live content, brand integrations, and other opportunities. As our Ads program scales, we’re building out a team that will help steward and support our go-to-market strategy, specializing in Sales Operations. The Senior Manager, Sales Operations - EMEA will partner with sales to build a high-performing sales organization, drive business growth, and manage the sales process, GTM strategy, and a team of individual contributors.
Must Have
- Partner with sales to drive business growth for EMEA Ads.
- Analyze program performance and track business impact.
- Manage sales team's rhythm of business: forecasting, quotas, reviews, planning.
- Design and implement consistent sales process management.
- Execute EMEA sales team's Go-To-Market strategy.
- Define territory/role/channel design and improve sales tools.
- Explore strategic opportunities for business roadmap.
- Build and manage a team of individual contributors.
- 10+ years experience in advertising or Sales Operations.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams.
- Deep experience with agency and direct sold sales models.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, ad tech, streaming ecosystem.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial skills and data interpretation.
- Ability to adapt, work independently, and manage tasks.
- Very strong project management and organizational skills.

Since then, we've expanded our suite of advertising solutions and have grown our ad-supported monthly active user count to more than 80 million, globally. We are now scaling capabilities that focus on live content, brand integrations, and other opportunities that allow brands to partner with us across an even wider Netflix footprint.
As our Ads program scales, we’re building out a team that will help steward and support our go-to-market strategy, specializing in Sales Operations.

Responsibilities will include:
- Partner with sales to build a high-performing sales organization and sales strategy to drive business growth for the EMEA Ads business
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance and track/ensure program and business impact.
- Run the core rhythm of business for the sales team, across forecasting, quota management, business reviews and market planning
- Design and implement consistent ways to manage the sales process.
- Design and execute the GTM of the EMEA sales team including: product, segmentation, service-level, resourcing and tooling
- Define territory/role/channel design, sales process management and improvement, data hygiene, and sales tool development.
- Explore new strategic opportunities to inform the business roadmap
- Build and manage a team of individual contributors
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in advertising and/or advertising related fields; and/or in Sales Operations teams.
- Must have experience leading and managing a team of individual contributors.
- Deep experience with agency and direct sold sales models
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, auction dynamics, ad tech and the streaming ecosystem
- A strong attention to detail and eye towards using the 80/20 rule to address problems
- Strong commercial skills and comfort with interpreting large datasets
- Candidates must be able to adapt to changing business needs, work independently, and manage a variety of tasks
- Very strong project management, planning and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver under tight timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partners at all levels
