  • Collaborate with marketing teams of key wealth/advisory/brokerage firms to develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns.

FTSE Russell, a division of LSEG and a leading global provider of indices, benchmarks, and data solutions, is seeking a strategic and commercially driven co-marketing manager to accelerate growth across our Wealth business. This senior individual contributor role will focus on developing marketing campaigns for and with FTSE Russell’s most important accounts in the Wealth segment, helping drive revenue across index-linked products including ETFs, Direct Indexing and other passive investment vehicles.

Role Summary

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Co-Marketing & Wealth, FTSE Russell, this Senior Manager will be responsible for creating educational marketing material and campaigns for and in partnership with key wealth management firms and retail distribution platforms. The role will be based in New York and will require a deep understanding of the index ecosystem, passive investment strategies, and the evolving needs of wealth and retail institutions.

Key Responsibilities

This is a high impact, externally facing role that blends strategic planning with first-class execution. The role will be a key component of FTSE Russell’s global sales & marketing departments. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • deliver creative advertising campaigns, positioning FTSE Russell’s suite of indices and solutions,
  • deliver impactful educational material supporting index-linked solutions designed for Wealth,
  • bring to life FTSE Russell's indices embedded inside investment products distributed by Wealth (ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs, Direct Indexing solutions),
  • conduct market pulse surveys,
  • work with external stakeholders to influence them to adopt and co-promote FTSE Russell’s value proposition.

The Co-Marketing function, which covers multiple segments (asset managers, derivatives exchanges, wealth firms), consists in helping FTSE Russell’s clients go-to-market equipped with educational material supporting our suite of indices and therefore supporting our clients’ investment products.

Client-facing in nature, this role will also collaborate with the marketing teams of some of FTSE Russell’s key wealth/advisory/brokerage firms, to develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns. The role will serve B2B2C clients and intermediaries including RIAs, advisory firms, wealth managers, home offices of national wire-houses, robo-advisors, retail brokerage firms, and to some extent end-users of index-linked products.

On the internal stakeholders’ side, the candidate will be expected to work sales/account managers covering the Wealth segment, as well as with product marketing, field marketing, media, events, digital, brand, content, PR, and applied research.

Key Behaviours and Skills

  • 5-7+ years of marketing experience in a B2B or B2B2C environment (index provider, exchange, fund/ETF issuer, wire-house, brokerage or wealth manager an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of the wealth management segment and/or ETFs and/or fund industry
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Excellent relationship management, presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the full marketing mix
  • Desire to learn about product/usage of indices in a wealth management context
  • Delivery and client focus are essential
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and coordinate across various teams in various time zones
  • Creative self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the confidence to interact with senior management internally and with external clients.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $132,800 - $221,400.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
