Area Overview: The Business Intelligence area is part of the Vice Presidency of Strategy, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Its mission is to transform data into strategic information for decision-making, generating value through prospect, client, and product analysis, data visualization, segmentation, commercial intelligence, and advanced analytics. This area works cross-functionally with teams from the same Vice Presidency such as Digital, Go to Market, CRM, Branding, and CX, as well as with other business areas such as Product, Commercial, Finance, Consulting, Data, and Operations.

Purpose of the role: To drive strategic and operational decision-making through rigorous and timely analysis of commercial, sales, and market information. This role will be key to transforming data into actionable intelligence, connecting business objectives with relevant analytical findings that support commercial planning, indicator management, and the identification of growth opportunities. Through the development of analytical tools, executive dashboards, and specialized reports, it will contribute to optimizing sales operations, anticipating trends, and strengthening the efficiency of recurring analysis processes at Datacrédito Experian.

Deliverables:

  • Executive and operational dashboards with key sales indicators, updated periodically.
  • Analytical reports on commercial performance, market behavior, and growth opportunities.
  • Analysis of product, client, and segment portfolios, focused on profitability and commercial efficiency.
  • Automated models and reports that optimize the delivery of insights to business areas.
  • Analytical support for strategic and operational projects in areas such as sales, marketing, and product.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Administer and structure sales information from different business segments, ensuring traceability, quality, and alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Monitor and update key sales performance and projection indicators, facilitating a clear and timely understanding of commercial progress.
  • Analyze market data, customer behavior, and performance by channel/product to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain sectoral and analytical reports that support strategic and operational decisions of commercial, product, and marketing areas.
  • Standardize and automate key analytical processes, migrating manual practices to more robust platforms and tools that increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Support the structuring and monitoring of prospecting models and commercial opportunity analysis with a strategic, repeatable, and scalable approach.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

Education: Professional in Administration, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, or related areas (desirable).

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar functions, with a clear focus on generating commercial insights and supporting sales operations.
  • Experience in indicator management, information visualization, portfolio analysis, and commercial projections, as well as in structuring reports for executive and commercial teams.
  • Desirable experience in automating analytical processes and using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • Valuable experience in dynamic corporate or consulting environments, preferably in sectors such as technology, financial services, mass consumption, or data-intensive companies.

Required technical knowledge:

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel for analysis, visualization, and report automation.
  • Advanced handling of SQL and ETL processes for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems for commercial tracking.
  • Knowledge in predictive modeling and statistical analysis using R or Python.
  • Desirable knowledge in Artificial Intelligence applications applied to Business Intelligence.

Languages: Intermediate – advanced English (ability to read technical documentation and participate in conversations with global teams) (desirable)
