Publication speed is an important decision factor within the article submission process – it is one of a few primary factors that authors look at when deciding to submit. To improve our publication speeds, in other words to achieve a significant reduction in our turnaround times (TATs), we are looking for a Senior Process Intelligence Analyst. The Senior Process Intelligence Analyst plays a hands-on role in realizing an optimal flow of our articles along our publishing pipeline of 3k+ journals. Better TATs offer enhanced experience to our authors and contribute to Springer Nature’s overall business goals.
This role will be instrumental in reducing article TATs, enhancing author experience, and supporting the company’s broader business objectives. Senior Process Intelligence Analyst uses tools and techniques to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization within an organization’s workflow. This role combines elements of business intelligence, process mining, and data analysis to drive informed decision-making and process automation.
This role will be in our Berlin or Dordrecht offices on a hybrid working model.
Note for candidates in the Netherlands: As per our local policy, please be aware that this role will be open only for internal candidates within the first 2 weeks. Afterwards, external applications will be progressed
