What You'll Do

Come be part of the excitement and energy to help build out a new game team in the Epic ecosystem! Harmonix seeks a thoughtful and passionate Senior Producer to join our exceptional production team, creating best-in-class music games. The production team at Harmonix proactively manages and delivers cutting edge products, ensuring both title quality and timely delivery.

In this role, you will

  • Work with internal and external teams to produce and execute realistic project schedules and milestone plans that are focused on the delivery of high-quality products
  • Work with creative leads to prioritize features and content that align with the project vision and goals
  • Identify project risk and develop plans for resolution or mitigation
  • Communicate project status and risks with key stakeholders, leads, and management
  • Promote a healthy and positive work environment and strong work ethic and mentor other members of the project team

What we're looking for

  • Passion for gaming, the gaming industry, and an understanding of the game development lifecycle
  • Expert knowledge of project management methods for game development including agile
  • Project management software skills using Jira, Confluence, Hansoft, Favro or other project management software
  • The ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders within your team and throughout the company
  • The ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment
  • The ability to drive high velocity, high impact development cycles, balancing out short-term needs and long-term vision
  • A self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution

This role is open to multiple locations in North America (including CA, NYC, & WA).

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

California Base Pay Range
$159,143$233,409 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$149,594$219,404 USD
