Senior Product Manager - FoxInsights

Banyan Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Fox Insights, a company revolutionizing energy, mobility, and recycling with IoT and data analytics across Europe. This role involves leading continuous product discovery for IoT measurement technology, customer apps, and digital portals. The manager will frame problems based on user needs, translate company strategy into product direction, align cross-functional teams, define success metrics, and drive end-to-end delivery. The ideal candidate is outcome-oriented, driven by discovery and data, and thrives in collaboration with design and engineering, focusing on measurable business impact rather than just features.

Must Have

• Lead continuous product discovery through interviews, tests, and prototypes
• Frame and prioritize problems based on real user needs and business goals
• Translate company strategy into clear product direction and team-level initiatives
• Align designers, engineers, and stakeholders around shared goals
• Define and track success metrics (e.g., activation rate, retention, device stability)
• Drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, clarity, and focus
• Experience in product or adjacent roles
• Strong user empathy and a track record of discovery work
• Outcome-oriented mindset – you talk KPIs, not just features
• Technical fluency – you don’t code, but speak dev
• Curiosity, initiative, and a bias for action
• Fluent in German & English (C2)

Good to Have

• Experience with IoT, mobile apps, or B2B SaaS products
• Familiar with tools like fake doors, usability tests, or cycle time tracking
• Worked in empowered product teams with design & engineering
