Senior Product Software Engineer - DevOps

We are seeking a passionate technologist to join our DevOps team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our processes, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of software solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining automation scripts and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible, monitoring system performance, designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, implementing security best practices, and collaborating with development, QA, and IT teams.

Must Have

• Build and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Implement security best practices, certificate-based security and secret management
• Collaborate with development, QA and IT teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in a DevOps or related role
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as TeamCity or Jenkins
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
• Experience with SaaS solutions (custom applications using .NET and Java)
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python
• Understanding of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Solid understanding of IT- including servers, storage, Windows and Linux, networking, DNS, Firewalls, routing
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication and collaboration abilities

Good to Have

• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
• Experience with Virtualization and Cloud Computing (VMWare, Azure)
• Experience with data analytics platforms/business intelligence (preferably Sisense)
• Experience with deployment automation tooling such as Octopus Deploy
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Understanding of Single-Sign-On setup and configuration (Ping Federate, OIDC, ADFS, Okta)
• Understanding of application and system telemetry
