Senior QA (Automation)

Left Right Mind is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) - Automation to develop and execute automated test solutions, ensuring product quality. The role involves designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. Responsibilities include creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases, estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities with multiple teams, and reporting project status.

Must Have

• Author test strategy, test plan, design test cases, review test cases, and automate the test cycle process.
• Advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC, STLC, Defect Life Cycle, and various testing phases.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with defect management and test management tools.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging.
• Thorough understanding of both Agile methodology and cross-functional testing.
• Ability to train and mentor junior teammates.
• 5-7 years of experience in Mobile and Web application testing.
• Experience in automation testing using Selenium or Ranorex, and API testing.
• Experience in setting up an automation framework.
• Experience in performance testing.
• Knowledge of mobile automation testing tools.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills along with good stakeholder management skills.
• BE/ ME / BCA / MCA/B.Tech or an equivalent degree.

About the Role

You will be looking after creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases, including estimating, prioritising, planning, and coordinating testing activities with multiple teams and project status reporting.
