Senior QA Engineer

Jeeves is a groundbreaking financial operating system for global businesses, offering corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management across 20+ countries. The Senior QA Engineer will lead the testing team, ensuring product quality by driving industry best practices in manual and automated testing. This role involves identifying improvement opportunities, implementing strategies through tools and processes, and coordinating with Product Management and Engineering teams to align with product roadmap delivery schedules. Collaboration with leadership to define and implement objectives for the product quality team is also key.

Must Have

• Lead the testing team ensuring the quality of Jeeves’s products.
• Drive industry best practices for manual testing, test automation, test execution and test management.
• Identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve product quality through tools and processes.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with product roadmap delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and implement objectives and key results for the product quality team.
• 4+ years of software development testing experience.
• Strong understanding on various QA Tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Test automation experience with test frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright or equivalent.
• Experience with testing SaaS applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to navigate communication with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
