Job Summary
CyberArk is seeking a Senior R&D Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional programs across multiple R&D divisions. This role involves ensuring alignment to business priorities, driving continuous improvement, and institutionalizing best practices for planning and execution. The manager will coach teams on new methodologies, partner with senior leadership to define goals, and foster strong stakeholder alignment. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of R&D program management experience, a proven track record in driving complex initiatives, and strong analytical and leadership skills.
Must Have
- Lead strategic, cross-functional programs across multiple R&D divisions, ensuring alignment to business priorities, clarity of execution, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data, identifying friction points, and implementing scalable, pragmatic solutions.
- Design, refine, and institutionalize best practices for planning, execution, and collaboration across R&D.
- Coach and enable teams to adopt new methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Partner with senior leadership to define program goals, track progress, and communicate insights and recommendations.
- Foster strong stakeholder alignment by maintaining transparent communication across engineering teams, product, and executive leaders.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a program manager in R&D, preferably in a global SaaS company.
- Proven track record of successfully driving large complex initiatives, leading change management, and implementing SDLC process improvements end to end.
- Strong understanding of R&D methodologies and tools, product development life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making and process optimization.

What you know:
