Job Summary

Job Description

Develop individual, cross-channel media and content concepts, tailored to client needs. Pitch to clients and agencies, negotiate independently, and convince with data-based arguments. Think performance-oriented, with familiarity in KPIs, funnels, and conversions. Analyze markets and trends, identify new revenue potentials, and develop scalable sales strategies. Build a portfolio of existing and new clients, primarily in direct customer business. Represent the brands at industry events, conferences, and roadshows.
Must have:
  • Several years of experience in B2B media sales, agency, or publisher side.
  • Strong client intuition and conceptual skills.
  • Data-driven approach and ability to present ideas with data.
  • Excellent communication and confident presentation skills.
  • Good technical understanding of CRM systems, AdTech, and programmatic processes.
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
Good to have:
  • Focus on Native Advertising, Content Marketing, or digital sales solutions.
  • Existing network in the digital media or advertising environment.

Was du mitbringst:

  • du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Medienvertrieb, in einer Agentur oder auf Publisher-Seite, gerne mit Fokus auf Native Advertising, Content Marketing oder digitale Sales-Lösungen
  • du hast ein gutes Gespür für Kundinnen und Kunden, starke konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und Freude am Präsentieren
  • du liebst Zahlen und kannst deine Ideen datenbasiert belegen
  • du bist kommunikativ stark sowie souverän im Auftreten bei Pitches und in Verhandlungen
  • du besitzt gutes technisches Verständnis für CRM-Systeme, AdTech und programmatische Prozesse
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du fließend in Wort und Schrift
  • ein belastbares Netzwerk im digitalen Medien- oder Werbeumfeld sind nicht zwingend notwendig, aber willkommen
