Job Summary
This role involves designing and developing solutions across the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on integrating with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and scripted web services. The successful candidate will implement and support ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, or IRM, and work on end-to-end solution delivery. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing code reviews, troubleshooting, and ensuring platform performance and data integrity. Candidates should have 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience, expertise in IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and a solid understanding of ITIL processes.
Must Have
- Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform
- Focus on integrations with third-party systems
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, scripted web services, and MID Server integrations
- Implement and support ServiceNow modules like ITSM / ITOM / SecOps / IRM
- Work on end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery, including architecture, design, development, and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in ServiceNow development
- Maintain documentation of architecture, solutions, and processes
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and data integrity
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong expertise in working on any of modules like ITSM / ITOM / SecOps / IRM
- Strong expertise in IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripted integrations
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Good to Have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Application Developer
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with JavaScript, GlideScript, and modern web technologies
- Experience in integrating with platforms like Azure AD, Workday, SAP, or other enterprise tools
