Responsabilités

  • Développer des services Web complexes et évolutifs ainsi que l'infrastructure qui les prend en charge

Qualifications minimales

Responsibilities

  • Build complex, scalable web services and infrastructure that supports them

  • Develop new features, with tests, that can support our growing user base

  • Evaluate current software architecture and implement enhancements as required

  • Help evolve and maintain existing code bases, with attention for high-quality coding standards and best practices

  • Build and scale automated testing infrastructure to support Quality Assurance

  • Cross-team collaboration and coordination to ensure reliable, secure, available and scalable releases

  • Mentor other engineers, engage in team discussions, and review code

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience with JavaScript and NodeJS ecosystem (or similar)

  • Ability to participate in technical architecture discussions and drive technical decisions

  • Ability and desire to jump in to fix things and to make things better

  • Experience writing production code in one of the modern programming languages

  • Experience with building web APIs (RESTful, json:api)

  • Experience with data architecture and data modeling

  • Experience with AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL and NoSQL databases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Express, or similar web servers

  • Experience with queueing/messaging systems, or background job processors

  • Experience scaling and optimizing schemas, performance tuning SQL and data pipelines
