Job Description

The Senior Campaign Specialist supports Condé Nast’s social and branded content business across 12 advertising categories. This role involves building and optimising campaigns, surfacing learnings, and quickly solving problems. The specialist will manage campaign optimisation across social platforms, YouTube, and Condé Nast brand.com sites, provide internal stakeholders with campaign analysis, and troubleshoot issues. They will also develop and evolve social media strategy, including planning global campaigns and supporting international markets.
Must have:

The Role

The Senior Campaign Specialist supports Condé Nast’s social and branded content business across 12 advertising categories (Fashion, Beauty, Vice, CPG, BizFi Tech, Home, etc.). Senior Specialists build and optimise campaigns, surface learnings, and solve problems quickly. Senior Specialists showcase exceptional communication skills, pay close attention to detail, and have a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage the optimisation of campaigns across social platforms, YouTube, and Condé Nast brand.com sites
  • Build campaigns in a timely manner for a seamless launch
  • Provide internal stakeholders campaign analysis to surface actionable insights and learnings that can be utilised in the sales process
  • Analyse audience data, historical ad performance, and industry trends to make informed client-facing recommendations and internal decisions
  • Deliver in-flight and end-of-campaign recaps outlining success and opportunities to scale performance or future growth
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve campaign and account issues in a stress-free manner
  • Social media strategy and planning by developing social media strategy and creating media plans to deliver against benchmark KPIs
  • Improve and evolve social strategy to keep pace with platform updates
  • Planning global campaigns and providing social media support to international markets

About you:

  • Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Understanding of media and marketing metrics/KPIs, branded content, commerce content, ad technology and platforms
  • Exceptional communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying
