Must Have
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial research, sourcing, and candidate generation to signed offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify team needs, define role scopes, and develop candidate profiles.
- Serve as a hiring advisor, guiding hiring teams and candidates, providing strategic insights.
- Create a recruitment playbook and track hiring metrics to standardize processes and scale efforts.
- Establish and maintain recruitment and interview best practices, delivering training to hiring teams.
- Build and promote Sensi.AI’s employer brand.
- Support talent management processes for a seamless candidate-to-employee transition and amazing people experience.
- At least 6+ years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter in a technology startup.
- Creative and driven talent sourcer with a proven track record of engaging and hiring passive tech candidates.
- Hiring expert who independently manages recruitment processes and provides strategic guidance to managers.
- Dynamic recruiter thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles with speed, quality, and strategic focus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to keep stakeholders informed, build consensus, and motivate decisions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, optimizing recruitment processes and leveraging data and ATS tools.
- Experience or ability to manage additional people processes, such as onboarding.

Position Overview

At Sensi.AI, you'll take full ownership of the tech recruitment lifecycle, oversee onboarding and other critical talent initiatives, and strengthen our employer brand. This role offers the opportunity to refine our hiring strategies while ensuring a seamless employee experience.
This role is based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid work setup, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial research, sourcing and top-of-funnel candidate generation to signed offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify team needs, define role scopes, and develop candidate profiles.
- Serve as a hiring advisor, guiding both hiring teams and candidates throughout the process while providing strategic insights to ensure the best fit and a seamless experience.
- Create a recruitment playbook and track hiring metrics, to standardize processes, enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences, and scale recruitment efforts.
- Establish and maintain recruitment and interview best practices and deliver training to hiring teams to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Build and promote Sensi.AI’s employer brand.
- Support talent management processes to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition and an amazing people experience.
Requirements
- At least 6+ years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter, technology startup.
- A creative and driven talent sourcer with a proven track record of engaging and hiring passive candidates in the technological realm.
- A hiring expert who independently manages recruitment processes, provides strategic guidance to managers, and coaches teams on best hiring practices to ensure timely and successful hires.
- A dynamic recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, expertly managing multiple roles in parallel while maintaining speed, quality, and strategic focus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to keep all stakeholders informed, build consensus, and motivate hiring decisions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for optimizing recruitment processes and leveraging data and ATS tools effectively.
- Experience or ability to manage additional people processes, such as onboarding, to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition and support overall talent management.
