Job Summary
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of product testing at subcontract assembly and test locations. You will develop test programs, test hardware, and handle release to production qualification. You'll work to overcome barriers to Overall Equipment Effectiveness in terms of test robustness (yield, stability, correlation, test time). The role involves innovating and driving operational and quality excellence, with interface to R&D staff, Operations personnel, and subcontractor’s test staff. The job requires designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective testing methods for analog and mixed-signal power management semiconductor products, preparing test and diagnostic programs, and ensuring the timely transfer of engineering and production test packages. This role also involves interacting with Asian facilities for test engineering and sustenance-related matters.
Must Have

- Experience in C++ programming, computer hardware, and networking.
- Good planning, coordination, analytical and communication skills.
- English fluency.

Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting analog and mixed-signal power management semiconductor products.
- Prepare test and diagnostic programs, and complete the required specifications and procedures for new product development.
- Support and be responsible for new innovative approaches in sustaining continuous improvement of production test for multiple products.
- Ensure timely transfer of engineering and production test packages for Wafer sort and Final test to various test sites.
- Interact with Asian facilities for test engineering and sustenance-related matters.
- BSEE or equivalent, MSEE preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience in analog product test engineering. Production support and new product introduction will be an added advantage.
- Experience in C++ programming, computer hardware, and networking related to semiconductor ATE systems.
- A basic understanding of statistical methods of tester and program comparisons is desired.
- Good planning, coordination, analytical and communication skills.
- English fluency, other languages desirable.
- Conscientious, analytical, independent and accurate work practices and organization.
- Communication skills for working in cross-functional and international teams.
- Ability to learn and willingness to do further training.
- Hand-on mentality and the willingness and the ability for problem solving.
- Travel as needed to several Asian factory locations (10% to 30%).
