Job Description
As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Roof Stacks, you will play a crucial role in shaping the creative direction of our products, owning the entire visual design process from concept to handoff. You will build and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and design studio team members. Delivering innovative UX solutions through wireframes, user flows, and prototypes is essential, as is working with prototyping tools and designing for various platforms. The role involves collaborating on multidisciplinary product teams and influencing design decisions across a wide range of digital experiences.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience
- Experience building or maintaining design systems
- Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Solid design portfolio showcasing UX/UI case studies
Good to have:
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Previous experience contributing to centralized design teams
- A good understanding of DesignOps principles

Founded in 2015, Roof Stacks develops cutting-edge solutions in Tourism Systems, Augmented Reality, Game Development, Fintech, and Streaming Technologies. With offices in Ataşehir (HQ), Antalya, and Elazığ, we are on a mission to shape the future through technology and design innovation.
Design at Roof Stacks is centralized under RoofStacks Design Studio — a centralized design team structure that enables deep collaboration across all products and business units. This means as a designer, you'll gain exposure to diverse domains and have the opportunity to contribute to the design strategy and user experience of every product we build.
What You’ll Do
*Play a key role in shaping the creative direction of our products
*Own the end-to-end visual design process—from concept to handoff
*Build and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
*Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and design studio team members
*Deliver innovative UX solutions through wireframes, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
*Work with prototyping tools such as Principle, InVision, ProtoPie, Framer, and Axure RP
*Design for multiple platforms: Web, Mobile, Tablet, Smart TV, and beyond
As a part of RoofStacks Design Studio, you will collaborate on multi-disciplinary product teams and influence design decisions across a wide range of digital experiences
What We’re Looking For
*Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Visual Communication, Industrial/Product Design or equivalent experience
*Minimum 5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience
*Experience building or maintaining design systems
*Strong command of Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
*A good understanding of DesignOps principles (nice to have)
*Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly
*High Learning Agility capacity
*A solid design portfolio showcasing UX/UI case studies
