As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Wizards of the Coast, you will design engagement features and campaign-driven landing pages for Direct eCommerce across desktop, mobile, and app platforms. You will partner with the eCommerce design team to ensure high-quality mobile UX, championing customer experience through experiments and continuous improvements. This role requires expertise in mobile app design and a passion for building digital experiences, focusing on conversion and retention optimization. A strong understanding of Wizards and Hasbro Brands is a plus.
Must have:
  • Gather user requirements and design for landing pages and engagement features across desktop, mobile web, and mobile app.
  • Translate eCommerce strategy into effective mobile UX, staying aligned with desktop flows.
  • Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and presentations with a strong eye for interaction detail and brand consistency.
  • Support the eCommerce design strategy in refining flows, UI components, and visual polish across all platforms, with a special focus on mobile.
  • Deliver appropriate design artifacts (e.g., strategy articulation and alignment frameworks, discovery/research results, journey maps, flows, wireframes, mockups and/or prototypes).
  • Leverage A/B testing, analytics, and research to improve engagement and conversion through continuous iteration.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, customer feedback, and usability best practices.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, with a specific focus on eCommerce.
  • Proven experience working with D2C and subscription models.
  • Proven experience solving for conversion, average order value, and retention optimization.
  • Proven experience designing solutions for desktop, web, and mobile applications on a variety of platforms.
  • Strong visual design skills, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Proven experience building UX design system, pattern library, style guide, and visual design guidelines.
  • Experience working with global teams, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and ability to create user-centered design solutions.
Good to have:
  • Experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
  • Experience with inclusive design is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of and appreciation for Wizards and Hasbro Brands is a strong plus.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer working on Direct eCommerce, you will work with cross-functional teams to design engagement features and campaign-driven landing pages across desktop, mobile, and app platforms. You will partner with the eCommerce design team to ensure a high-quality, platform-appropriate translation of our core Ecommerce experience to mobile and champion the customer conducting experiments and making consistent improvements. You are comfortable working in a high-scope, complex, and ambiguous product area.

The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in mobile app design and passionate about building digital experiences across all platforms. You have designed landing pages and engagement features that are both aesthetically appealing and optimized for conversions and customer retention. You will actively partner with the eCommerce team and seek input from appropriate key stakeholders. A solid understanding of and appreciation for Wizards and Hasbro Brands is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather user requirements and design for landing pages and engagement features across desktop, mobile web, and mobile app.
  • Translate eCommerce strategy into effective mobile UX, staying aligned with desktop flows while making platform-specific adjustments as needed.
  • Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and presentations with a strong eye for interaction detail and brand consistency.
  • Support the eCommerce design strategy in refining flows, UI components, and visual polish across all playforms, with a special focus on mobile.
  • Deliver appropriate level of design artifacts for the team (e.g., strategy articulation and alignment frameworks, discovery/research results, journey maps, flows, wireframces, mockups and/or prototypes).
  • Leverage A/B testing, analytics, and research to improve engagement and conversion through continuous iteration.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, customer feedback, and usability best practices to inform design decisions.

Qualifications:

  • A Degree in graphic design, visual communications, industrial design, design strategy or equivalent degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, with a specific focus on eCommerce.
  • Proven experience working with D2C and subscription models.
  • Proven experience solving for conversion, average order value, and retention optimization.
  • Proven experience designing solutions for desktop, web, and mobile applications on a variety of platforms.
  • Strong visual design skills, layout, typography, and color theory
  • Proven experience building UX design system, pattern library, style guide, and visual design guidelines.
  • Experience working with global teams, and strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to articulate positions and advocate design at all levels of the company.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and ability to create user-centered design solutions.
  • Experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
  • Experience with inclusive design is preferred.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $108,200
  • Pay Range End: $162,300
