  • Build Trust Across Stakeholders: Act as the go-to connector across global HR teams, Legal, Communications, and business partners to align objectives and manage program dependencies.
  • Champion Change: Help lead the people side of change, crafting strategies that drive adoption of new tools, processes, and mindsets—while keeping employees engaged and informed.
  • Communicate with Clarity: Develop compelling HR communications that ensure transparency and build confidence across leadership and employee audiences.
  • Make Data Actionable: Track program KPIs and success measures, distilling insights into practical recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead with Impact: Manage and mentor project team members, cultivating a culture of accountability, curiosity, and adaptability.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in HR program or project management, preferably within global or matrixed organizations
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale HR initiatives in environments experiencing change or transformation
  • Strong understanding of core HR functions (e.g., talent, org development, communications, operations)
