A career within Salesforce Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results. We focus on understanding our client’s challenges and developing custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location.SFDC BA:-
Please find a JD below:
· Perform “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses to map
Salesforce offerings and capabilities to the client business needs.
· Work closely with technical architects to act
as the bridge between the business team and developer team.
· Present and lead sessions and requirement
workshops, based on Waterfall or Agile Delivery Methods.
· Has sufficient knowledge of the Salesforce
platform to make design decisions & propose solutions for
requirements based on industry & technology best
practices. Must be able to perform Salesforce configuration tasks.
· Understands and designs integrations of
Salesforce with other systems in the landscape.
· Define test cases and lead functional testing
to confirm that the solution performs as per the business requirements.
· Ability to create reports and dashboards to
visualise system data.
· Good understanding of the Salesforce data
model and the ability to support data migration activities.
· Coordinate releases and post Go-Live materials
(e.g. training documentation, training sessions etc).
· Salesforce Certified Administrator
certification is a must. Other consultant level certifications are a bonus.
· Experience in at least one modelling and
diagrammatic tool like Microsoft Visio or Lucid chart.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and
development support tools like Jira/Trello/Azure DevOps.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
