Must be able to perform Salesforce configuration tasks. · Understands and designs integrations of Salesforce with other systems in the landscape. · Define test cases and lead functional testing to confirm that the solution performs as per the business requirements. · Ability to create reports and dashboards to visualise system data. · Good understanding of the Salesforce data model and the ability to support data migration activities. · Coordinate releases and post Go-Live materials (e.g. training documentation, training sessions etc). · Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is a must.
