Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform. 

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. Its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BALY". 

Well, what about the team?

Bally's is looking for a Retention Marketing Coordinator to help us run and coordinate the day to day on-site promotional activity and scheduling for Bally Casino US sites as part of the wider Player Engagement and Retention team and create market leading and engaging promotions to help drive customer engagement, focusing on increasing product and brand awareness.

 So, what will you be doing?

  • Creating monthly promotional plans which are on brand, creative, and results driven
  • Helping to maintain differentiated promotional strategies by brand
  • Presenting promotional structures, plans, mechanics, and projected costs
  • Briefing copy and creative into the Marketing Design and Development Team
  • Liaising with CRM Leads on a regular basis to coordinate CRM and other marketing activity
  • Catering marketing efforts to different audiences
  • Working with Social Media executive to complement onsite/social promotional activity
  • Building all promotional rule templates and follow legal and compliance approval processes
  • Analyzing data and performance to optimize future promotional offerings
  • Organizing all promotional mechanics and templates
  • Anticipating audience and business needs by constantly evaluating the promotional market
  • Developing new promotional templates and taking through from concept to delivery
  • Performing related tasks and project work as required by the business

  • Have an understanding of the wider gaming industry including CRM
  • Possess experience in creating and managing promotions
  • Be a creative thinker with a good eye for detail
  • Have ability to demonstrate experience in project and campaign planning
  • Demonstrate campaign management / CRM system experience
  • Display basic HTML knowledge
  • Have experience working with task management tools (Excel, Monday.com, JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.)
  • Be organized and capable of working independently to set deadlines and show proactivity in their approach

Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000 USD
