Executive Summary:

As a Production Artist at Kaseya, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets in line with our established brand guidelines. Working closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all deliverables meet branding standards while assisting with the creation and management of digital and print content. This role requires a strong understanding of graphic design tools and a meticulous eye for detail. You will contribute to Kaseya’s marketing efforts by creating assets that support various campaigns across multiple business lines.

Primary Objectives:

  • Strictly adhere to brand standards, ensuring all creative outputs are aligned with Kaseya’s visual identity.
  • Use provided templates to layout copy, select existing images, and format designs for both print and digital mediums.
  • Assist with the production of digital assets using tools like InDesign, Illustrator, and Creatopy.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and project stakeholders to update and modify existing assets as required.
  • Effectively communicate design ideas and updates during weekly calls, contributing to team discussions.
  • Communicate effectively across time zones with teams in the US and other global locations, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Ensure consistency in high-volume tasks while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
  • Continuously enhance your design skills by taking on new challenges and expanding your capabilities through a range of projects.
  • Update content and make edits to existing creative pieces for product marketing, demand generation, and customer success teams. Work within project management platforms such as Wrike to manage task assignments and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of print and digital designs, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, web banners, and more.
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all design outputs, ensuring alignment with Kaseya’s visual identity.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions by providing fresh ideas for visual content and campaign materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality assets that meet objectives
  • Participate in regular team meetings to review project progress and gather feedback. Support the production of assets for both internal and external marketing campaigns.
  • Learn from and assist veteran designers with visual concept development for Kaseya’s multiple business lines.

Desired Skills:

  • Highly proficient in English communication (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or Monday.
  • Experience in both digital and print mediums, with a strong understanding of design principles.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing real-world work, such as digital ads, social graphics, or print materials. Experience with Creatopy is a plus, but training will be provided if needed.

Required Education & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic production, design, or a related field.
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. International certifications or regional design qualifications are welcomed.
  • Design certifications or specialized training preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with both local and international teams is a plus.
