Job Description Summary:

As PayPal's quest to revolutionize commerce continues at speed, we're on the lookout for an ambitious Marketing Manager expert to join our high-performing Merchant Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the impactful opportunity to shape our lifecycle strategy and own the development and execution of scalable, repeatable, personalized lifecycle marketing programs across the US and Europe in the small-to-medium (SMB) business segment. Job Description:

Campaign Optimization: Support continuous optimization of always-on lifecycle programs. Work with product, marketing and sales counterparts to help identify improvement opportunities in the E2E experience.

Campaign Development and Delivery: Design and deliver lifecycle marketing campaigns to support team KPIs

Performance Management:   Optimize campaigns and channels using data-driven insights and hard numbers.  You’ll partner with analytics and the rest of team to uncover user insights, input into the experimentation roadmap, and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness. ​ You’ll undertake and own regular campaign analysis to identify key insights to shape experiment backlog. 

Program Management: Design and deliver marketing campaigns working with creative agency and operations teams. Develop creative and data briefs for the program and own the E2E execution of campaigns, including brand and legal approvals, data and localization briefs, and  post launch performance monitoring.

Key Skills & Experience:

•5+ years experience

•B2B Expert and understands Merchant payments space #

•Strong lifecycle/CRM  background and industry knowledge of customer adoption engagement, retention, and journey mapping through email, push, in app marketing, and SMS.

•Strong track record of distilling actionable insights from data to improve multi-channel marketing strategy.

•Strong campaign management  experience. 

•Understanding of marketing/ad technology.

•Ability to understand and market to multiple markets across EMEA and US.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$64000 to $156750
