As a Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will develop and implement campaign strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will also monitor campaign performance and analytics to optimize results and ROI. Responsibilities include creating and implementing campaign strategies, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, staying up-to-date with industry trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and preparing campaign reports.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Experience in managing email marketing campaigns
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Good to have:
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
  • Create and implement campaign strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign messages align with overall marketing objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance and analytics to optimize results and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in campaign management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Prepare campaign reports and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Experience in managing email marketing campaigns and familiarity with CAN-SPAM regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
