ABOUT THE ROLE

As a CRM Manager for our Casino and Live Casino verticals, reporting to the CRM Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing player engagement and driving commercial success through optimised multi-channel campaigns.

In this position, you will design tailored customer journeys and refine segmentation strategies for effective targeting. You will spearhead continuous improvement and innovation in CRM tactics while fostering collaboration within the team to achieve shared goals and elevate player experiences. Your expertise will be vital in creating compelling interactions that keep our players engaged.

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

        Through a data-led approach, develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategies and activities to enhance player loyalty and lifetime value while delivering on business objectives.

        Ensure campaigns are planned with expected volumes, response rates, costs, ROI, and success criteria, enabling accurate assessment and measurement.

        Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns and customer journeys to improve user experience, drive customer retention and value, and ensure maximum profitability. Initiatives should incorporate experimentation, which means having a testable hypothesis, versions to test, and a learnable outcome.

        Leverage advanced data analytics and segmentation techniques to gain deeper insights into player behaviours and preferences, enabling the creation of personalised and relevant communications and campaigns that further drive engagement, value, and optimise the player experience across all touchpoints.

        As an assigned campaign owner, you are accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of campaigns, as well as monitoring and managing all marketing communications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and a flawless customer experience.

        Work closely with your squad and the wider team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify common goals, opportunities for efficiency, and share or borrow innovative ideas.

        Provide clear, accurate, and timely briefings to ensure we achieve engaging creative execution, relevant targeting, informative tests, and faultless builds.

        Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, competitors, and best practices to ensure the CRM strategy remains competitive.

 

 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

        Demonstrate a passion for iGaming and a deep understanding of CRM methods and factors that motivate casino customers.

         You will have  1- 2 years of experience within a CRM Role.

         Experience in online marketing would be an advantage within this role.

         You are a positive, creative and data-driven person who loves to push the limits, try new things and are results-driven.

         You are a team player, willing to share your knowledge and learn from your colleagues while enjoying a dynamic and creative environment – whilst also capable of working independently.

         You have excellent planning and time organisation skills and of course - superb attention to detail.

         Last but not least, you will have a genuine interest in our product.
