The CRM & Content Manager at DAZN Bet will strategically plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns for customer engagement, retention, and reactivation in Germany and the UK. Responsibilities include developing creative marketing campaigns, driving conversion and growth, maximizing customer lifetime value, building a robust reporting framework, and working with BI & Data teams to optimize market performance. The role requires collaboration with product teams on key initiatives, analysis of business/regulatory trends, and a deep understanding of local gambling regulations and marketing possibilities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the online gaming industry, experience with CRM tools (Optimove preferred), and a passion for sports.
Must have:
  • 5+ years online gaming CRM & Content experience
  • Experience with CRM tools (Optimove a plus)
  • Passion for sports, especially football
  • Strategic thinking & hands-on implementation
  • Data-driven and analytical
  • Knowledge of local gambling regulations
  • Excellent written & oral communication (English)

As CRM & Content Manager – Germany & UK, you'll strategically plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns to deliver customer engagement, retention and reactivation. Your focus will be on delivering effective campaigns, monitoring performance, implementing personalization through automation, and staying ahead of industry trends. Our objective is to provide unique customer experiences through tailored engagement.

Ultimately, your role will contribute to building effective customer relationships, achieving key performance indicators, and ensuring the successful delivery of our CRM strategy in the locally regulated German & UK business.
The job holder will be tasked to implement strategies and projects that deliver revenue upside to these areas. 

As our new CRM & Content Manager at DAZN Bet, you'll have the opportunity to:

    • You’ll be involved in strategic planning and developing creative marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and business revenues.
    • Drive change, adopting new communication channels and capabilities/platforms to reach above industry-standard retention rates given the unique positioning of DAZN Bet.
    • Responsible for planning, coordinating, analysing and optimizing all marketing activities to drive conversion, retention and growth.
    • Develop creative promotions and execute personalized campaigns using relevant communication channels to guarantee customer satisfaction and drive business revenues.
    • Maximizing and monitoring customer lifetime value whilst optimizing bonus costs to ensure maximum profitability.
    • Develop robust campaign reporting framework to measure and improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Accountable for campaign performance and impact on business growth.
    • Monitor and review KPIs to identify commercial opportunities. Work closely with the BI & Data team to optimize market performance.
    • Work closely with Product teams to support in the definition of key product & regulatory initiatives to support with developing the overall Operations systems and tools.
    • Analyse and monitor business/regulatory trends to mitigate regulatory & market trends in alignment with senior management.

You'll have:

    • Experienced professional with minimum 5 years’ experience within the online gaming industry across CRM and Content – preferably with interest in both Sportsbook & Casino.
    • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and international environment.
    • Someone with passion for sport, in particular football, with a deep understanding of what it means to be a fan across multiple sports.
    • Professional with experience in operating CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce or any other tools) and other tools like CMS. Experience with Optimove is a plus.
    • Comfortable with high-level, strategic thinking, and hands-on implementation, with close attention to detail.
    • Someone who will put business performance at the heart of your approach, so you’ll be passionate about driving results and meeting revenue targets.
    • Experience of managing customer lifecycle campaigns and delivering customer loyalty/retention. Someone with proven record of increasing revenue through new & innovative CRM campaigns.
    • Smart, creative and bold, but at the same time highly data-driven and analytical individual to evaluate marketing campaigns and drive business growth.
    • Knowledge of operating markets is crucial: local gambling regulations, advertisement restrictions and marketing possibilities.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with strong written and oral communication skills in English language. German is a plus.
